• All of our orders ship through USPS. Shipping costs varies depending on location. You will receive a tracking number via E-mail once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and lost packages once they have been handed to USPS. PLEASE VERIFY ALL OF YOUR INFO BEFORE SUBMITTENG YOUR ORDER. In the event of a lost package the customer can create a claim through www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm 
If for any reason you receive a product that is damaged through no fault of your own, please contact Bliss Wayy at blisswayy22@gmail.com  within 10 days of the invoice date. Please provide a photo and an explanation of the damage. Bliss Wayy will refund or replace your item free of charge. Products sold correctly and without damage cannot be returned.
